can the 2006 subaru impreza tail lights work on a 2004 subaru impreza?

They will fit perfectly but there may be some wiring work needed to make them work correctly. Not 100% sure though so maybe check on some of the Subaru forums to be sure. I thought I read that they will plug in and work but one or more of the bulbs are places in different positions so a couple wires need to be switched. I could be way off though. I just hate for you to think everything went great but your reverse lights come on every time you brake you know. Try NASIOC.com for good info on Subaru’s.
