98 Subaru engine block coolant drain plug torque?
I am going to do a coolant change on my 98 subaru legacy outback and the Haynes manual says that after u drained the radiator you need to drain coolant from the engine by unscrewing 2 engine block drain plugs. I gotta use a huge 14mm hex socket to unscrew them. My question is: what is the right torque to tighten them?
i wouldnt mess with them just disconnect the lower hose from the block and run water through the radiator with a water hose while the car is running about 30 sec.
