What performance upgrades should I put on my car?
I just got a Subaru WRX STI and I want to race it. I want to do drag races and I have no clue what kind of performance parts I should add to it. I know the basic parts like cold air intake, exhaust, and turbo. I’m not really looking to change the interior just the engine. Please give me a list to good (but not top shelf) performance parts. If you could even give me a link to the websites that I can buy them from that be great. Thanks!
If you want to drag race it, you are going to have to strip it down big time. It is a rally/track car so you will have to change at least the suspension, and probably a transmission upgrade. You will want to install a roll cage if it doesn’t have one and strip out most of the interior to make it lighter. In my opinion, it ain’t worth it.
