is subaru a reliable car?
hello.i already posted a question about the wrx sti.please answer this one as well. out of your own experience or knowledge would you say the 2005 subaru wrx sti is a good and reliable car?thank you in advance.i was tihnking of getting a bmw or mercedes in the same price range but saw that this subaru is more fuel efficient.are these facts true?how does the subaru compare to the bmw and mercedes?
My friend has an ’04 WRX, which is the same thing essentially. It is an extremely comfortable, economic, and powerful car for the price and setup. However, you must know something VERY important. If you get an STi, you really do need to know how to drive and take care of it. That model is set up as practically a road worthy rally car, so with racing parts on it, it will need to be maintained correctly, and you don’t want to overdo it if you want it to last forever. However, if you take car of it, it WILL last forever. Also, buying used STi’s is something you need to be careful about. Nobody in their right mind buys an STi and just drives it normally. They will push it every once in a while (that’s what it’s made for afterall). So you need to make sure that they aren’t scamming you by selling a trashed STi. But if you do your research, buy from the right seller, and take care of that car, I guarantee you’ll love it.
