How can I tell if my 2002 Subaru Outback is not a legacy outback?
We bought a 2002 Subaru Outback (we think) and it says only Outback on the car, but are wondering if it is actually a legacy Outback. It has heated seats?

Impreza Outback Sport looks like this.
The Legacy Outback will look like this.
You can have a regular Legacy or the Outback version. The regular ones don’t have the two tone color scheme and slightly higher ground clearance sort of like this.

The second and third are both Legacy’s though so if yours looks like either of them it’s a Legacy. They are a little bigger than the Impreza version.
