what sort of aftermarket wheels can i get?
I have a 97 subaru impreza outback sport. The wheel covers came off years ago, so i want some metal rims. The stock wheels are 205R16/60 and have 5 bolts in a star pattern. Is there a standard distance/pattern for the 5 bolts? I’d like to continue to use my current tires. I’d like to get some cheap ones off craigslist or similar – how can i be sure they will fit? How wide a rim can i get? How can i tell off an online ad if the wheels will work with my car? What sort of offset can i use, and what exactly is offset?
