good alternator brands for subaru impreza 99 RS?
I am looking for an alternator to replace a remanufactured that is going to die pretty soon. are maniacelectricmotors alternators any good? I read that a lot of the ones sold by autozone, pepboys, checkers fail pretty soon even if they have lifetime warranty. what brands are good? how about ohio generators? or should I have it rebuilt?

Its kind of like asking which shoe made in japan is better, they are all made in japan with different names basically. If your getting one, look into high output alternators.
