Can you change the transmission from manual to automatic in a mitsubish lancer and subaru wrx?
I need to know so I can change them.
Cheaper to sell what you have and get a manual. If you have done modifications to your cars engine and don’t want to lose them then buy the one with the manual in it. Pull the motor and sell the other car once the motor has been swaped out. It’s cheaper to do the engine swap then it is to convert an auto to a manual. Trust me. but if money is not an issue and you want to do it expect to spend around 4000 to complete the job. It’s not just the transmission. It’s all the links, mounts shafts and other little things that need to be changed.
