Is there a difference between the 2009 Subaru 5 door Impreza and the 2009 Subaru Impreza wagon?
I’m trying to research to buy a car and the different dealers websites make it difficult to tell. Some simply offer the 5 door as a hatchback and wagon, while others only offer a wagon. I know it sounds like an odd question but the pictures of the two from two different websites make the wagon looks a lot smaller.
Is it possibly just the picture and there is no difference at all?
For 2009 the Impreza 5 Door is a hatchback. If some sites say “Wagon” they mean the same thing. Previous generation Imprezas that were 5 doors were called Wagons, but the latest generation calls the 5 door a hatchback simply because of the design. It’s more of a hatchback than a wagon. Either way, a 2009 Impreza Wagon or Impreza Hatchback are the same thing.
