Will need a new water pump…approx $600 worth of work
Edmunds value – Approx. $4635
KBB Value – Approx. $5900
A lot of Lien Holders, and Dealerships use: http://www.nada.com nowadays to price vehicles. You already have Edmunds and KBB down. Check nada and reach a happy medium between all three.
Make a little margin for the fact that it needs $600 worth of work.
A word of advice: When you tell someone that it needs work, they often bolt. I suggest fixing it and working it into the sale price. When you know there’s something wrong with it right off the bat it kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
