subaru legacy gt check engine light?
chech engine light has been on 3 times since april. first time they said it was the cadalytic converter, so we replaced it. next it was the oxygen sensor, so we replaced it. now its giving this code P0420
catalyst system
efficiency below
threshold (bank 1)
and they say it could be running rich?
i dont know what any of that means and i need help understanding. and what will it take to fix it and how much?
main cause for this codes are the air fuel ratio sensors. get this checked out. tell your mechanics to carry out a full diagnostic check on that code before replacing any parts. sometimes you can get away with just a low resistance somewhere in the wiring harness
