Why is there not a Hummer specific answers board?
There are answers boards for other small manufacturers like, Porsche, Volvo, Saab, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Seat, Skoda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki and Scion (which only has had 4 car models like Hummer’s 3). Some of these smaller makers have long history (Porsche) so I can see their inclusion but why leave Hummer and their owners out?
The Mitsubishi board for one is dominated almost exclusively by questions on 2 model cars :Eclipse and Lancer. The Subaru board is almost all for the Imprezza/STi. Seems fair to say a Hummer Board would be equal in size.
It’s very difficult to look in the general makes and models section and weed out the junk to find info on the Hummer models.
Yes, they are expensive, So are Porsches, Volvos, Cadillacs and many other luxury marks that have their own boards. The H3 is between 28-30k on the base end. That’s not too expensive. The cheapest Porsche is 45K while the cheapest Saabs are 28 and 29 topping out over 40K.
maybe hummer owners don’t ask enough questions on this forum….but in our hood we love “hummers” and we try to get one when possible…but sometimes we just cant afford it….
