Bought used Subaru from dealer who said car has PZEV engine–now i find out he lied. Can I return the car?
I’d like to return this car which I bought 2 weeks ago, because I seek a less polluting vehicle. It upsets me that the three salesmen insisted this particular car had a PZEV engine (less polluting), when I have found out from Subaru online via its VIN that it does NOT have a PZEV. CAn I return this vehicle based on deceptive advertising? Thank you.
I don’t think it will do you much good, but take the car to the dealership, and talk to the sales manager… he may take it back, he may say tough luck, and he may tell you you don’t know what you are talking about….
