Are Subaru Foresters Reliable?
I’m thinking about buying a 2001 Subaru Forester L with 60,000 miles on it. I read a lot of reviews on Epinions and Kelly Blue Book and about 90% of people said it was extremely reliable.
The other 10% described it as a nightmare (blown engine at 50,000 miles, etc).
What should I do? Does anyone know if they’re reliable?
Subaru foresters are the number 1 for the best SUV. The only time you get a blown engine if you race to much or the person is not taking care of the car for example not changing the oil. We had Subaru’s up to 150m and they were still running so 99% of people take care of their cars so don’t worry. if you wont more info call a dealer they will tell you a lot more. if the car does not have any cheek engine or other lights its good. if you wont to know 100% take it to a mechanic he will tell you for shore. It is for any weather or season and its 4 by 4
so it is a really reliable car.
