Reasons you hate imports like the Subaru STI, Lancer Evolution and others?
I used to like imports but I found that they just can’t stand up to as much punishment as a good ole v8. I have an old chevy truck with over 100k miles that outlived my imports, in fact when I run up against Subis and Evos I can destroy them no problem. My truck is ugly, has rust, and the heart of a Lion. No matter how old this truck is I’m going to keep it because no one can beat it. The truck is also good at hauling furniture and wood, something my imports could never do.

Iam glad your chevy truck has seen you right but so has the imports i have owned my first had nearly 300k on the clock and when sold it still ran like new.It would be wrong for me to judge the power you have but being a member of many import clubs with some serious tuned cars i can only imagine they would be hard to beat.
So sorry you personally dislike them but they seem to be popular the world over just my street alone has a long line of imports parked along it.And to be fair without driving or owning each model it would be wrong to judge them as a whole as each car drives and feels different .
It would be like saying i don’t like sweets,well which ones,they all feel and seem different .
