Is it really necessary to respond to auto “safety recalls”. How can I find out whether a recall is serious?
We keep getting “recalls” on our Ford Explorer and Subaru. It’s a real hassle to bring these into a dealer for a day. How can I find out how “serious” the recall really is?
Call the dealer. Only an idiot would not want to have the problems corrected.
