Depends what year you’re refering to but 146mph (some sites say 144) is the official figure for the 94-01 turbo, however they do go faster than that without modification.
The “bug eyed” and “blob eyed” are 144mph.
The newer “hawk eyed” shape 2.5 turbo (05-07) is only 143mph!
