Which is the better evo?
So i posted an earlier question about whether i should get an evo or subaru…im still undicided but i would like to know if i were to get an evo which one would be greater, performance wise. comfort i dont really mind. so which evo is greater in that area. the evo 8 or 7 or 9, which ones. on top gear they spoke of the new evo being tuned down. so maybe the older one? i dont know, let me know people. thanks
Evo 9 would be the best , performance wise and it has better aerodynamics. If you look at a pic of the 9 you will see to to holes on each side of the inter cooler that provides 5% more cooling effiency than any other evo. the 9 has the most powerful 4G63 engine out of the rest. If you get the MR with forged rims they save you around 8 or 9Lbs in comparison to regular alloys, and the steering in the evo 9 is untoucble trust me. My cousin had an Evo 8 then an 06 STI and now an Evo 9 MR. Stock for stock an STI will never ever touch an Evo 9 if the right person is driving.
