It could have been a repossession car. It looks like the mileage is kind of high, as well. Also, being a manual transmission makes it hard to sell, which they have to price lower to sell. I would drive it, pop the hood while it is running and listen and feel how hot the exhaust is. So, I would ask for a report on it, how the dealership acquired it. I would also use a research, such as Car Fax.
